Alumni Form for US Diving

New Alumni Section on USA Diving Web Site

Dear diving friends:

USA Diving will soon be unveiling a brand new web site (www.usadiving.org) with updated features and totally new sections. One of the new additions to the site will be a Diving Alumni Section. It has always been said that the diving community is like an extended family, so we would like to invite you back for a long-overdue family reunion to reconnect with old friends and teammates and reunite with a sport that you once new and loved (or hopefully continue to know and love).

Our definition of “’Diving Alumni” is very broad and basically includes anyone that has been involved in a diving program at any level. Our intention for the new Alumni Section is to create a “diving community” where divers of past and present can come together to find old friends, get reacquainted with the sport and the athletes, and have the opportunity to remain involved with the sport on multiple levels. In addition, the new Alumni Section will offer:

-networking opportunities
-mentoring opportunities
-volunteer opportunities
-Alumni spotlights
-Alumni news
-Alumni directory
-Alumni photo gallery

To help us create this new diving community, we are asking you to complete the attached Alumni Directory/News/Spotlight Information Form and return it to USA Diving (the form has also been included at the end of this document in case you would prefer to provide your responses within this document and e-mail).

We would also ask that you forward this document via e-mail on to all of your old diving friends and encourage them to fill out an Alumni form and get back involved as well.
